If you are supporting change, either as a leader, a member of a team or in your own life transitions, you will know that it is inevitable that you are affected by the process. Maintaining your own Health and Balance through these processes is vital, for your self, as well as to be of the best service to the change you are a part of. During the course of 4 mornings in March and a one in June 2020, you will have the opportunity to build your capacity to work with change as a leader and as an individual. The workshop provides you with time and space to build your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical capacity to take leadership of yourself in your life and work.
This workshop focuses on strengthening self-empowerment and self-love and learning to manage personal energy in order to maintain a state of optimal health in a constantly changing and dynamic (work) environment. This workshop is useful for (team)leaders, managers, people in (work)transitions and anyone who would like to give themselves the gift of building a healthy foundation for leading their lives.
