ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This workshop is designed to take you through a learning journey, posing possibilities and asking you to become aware and develop your own interpretation and perspective to develop an interconnected learning organization that inspires, sustains and regenerates growth while building capacity to successfully navigate the chaos of our times.
It offers you a deepening in learning how to apply Genuine Contact tools and perspectives when working with others in an organization or team endeavor in such a way that the tools can become embedded in the fabric of the organization.
Since participants are unique and come from unique organizations each facing their own specific challenges and opportunities this workshop's focus is on assisting you to develop your own perspective, design your tailored tools to develop your organizations that meet the needs of your situation.
ABOUT THE TRAINERS
Doris Gottlieb (The Netherlands), Thomas Herrmann (Sweden), and Anna Caroline Türk (Germany) have joined forces with the commitment to make the full series of Genuine Contact™ program workshops available in English in Europe. They are highly dedicated to this approach and invest much of their energy in the development of the Genuine Contact Program and have worked closely with Birgitt and Ward Williams, founders of the Genuine Contact Program, for almost two decades.
They have developed these trainings together in order to integrate their specific expertise, strengths and practical insights to provide you with a rich and varied learning experience. At each workshop they will work either individually, in a pair or as a team of three depending upon group size and availability.
As consultants, they have assisted organizations such as Volvo, Etsy, World Wildlife Fund, Soundcloud, City of Gothenburg, Stena Line and the Karolinska Institute, Emancipator, Sounds of Change, and Rotterdam School of Management - Erasmus University, in learning and applying the Genuine Contact approach to increase organizational success.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS TRAINING
This training is for anyone who works to assist organizations to access their full power, such as facilitators, managers and (team) leaders as well as organizational development consultants.
It can be especially useful to you if you work in organization development or are leading a team or organization that is challenged to deliver high performance and also sees the need for strong human connection. It is valuable should you want to engage your whole organization in developing organizational resilience.
To take part in this workshop you need to complete the following two foundational workshops Path to Organizational Health and Balance, Achieving Organizational Health and Balance, and three advanced skills development workshops Working with Open Space Technology, and Whole Person Process Facilitation and Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS TRAINING
This 4 day experiential training will deepen your knowledge and your skills to assist organizations and companies to access their genuine potential.
You will:
Learn what it would mean to develop an organization as a Genuine Contact Organization
Expand your capacity to function in and lead the development of a Genuine Contact Organization
Explore and understand the impact of working with liberating structures and participatory architectures
Create your own unique design to start the development of a Genuine Contact Organizaion
Understand the role collective intelligence can play in teaching about the organization and it's development
Define key ingredients for ongoing strategic planning and implementation so that it can be an ongoing process linked to the vision and purpose of the organization
Define key ingredients that make up a Genuine Contact Organization

Language: The language of the workshop will be English however workbooks are also available in Dutch, Swedish, and German and Spanish.
