ABOUT THIS TRAINING
You are invited to the Genuine Contact™ Train the Trainer module! Let’s dive deeper into the Genuine Contact way of achieving organizational excellence. Together with other dedicated participants you will have five unforgettable days to expand your understanding and skills. This will assist you to make even more of a difference in the world today.
Upon completing this training you will be authorized to teach the different modules of the Genuine Contact program. The program is a vehicle for developing a culture for extraordinary leadership as the path for organizational success.
ABOUT THE TRAINERS
Doris Gottlieb (The Netherlands), Thomas Herrmann (Sweden), and Anna Caroline Türk (Germany) are joining forces to offer this training. They are highly dedicated to this approach and invest much of their energy in the development of the Genuine Contact Program and have worked closely with Birgitt and Ward Williams, founders of the Genuine Contact Program, for almost two decades.
Working together, they each bring their own specific strengths, expertise and practical insights, to provide you with a rich and varied learning experience. They teach in English, Swedish, German, Dutch, and Spanish.
As consultants they have assisted organizations such as Volvo, Etsy, World Wildlife Fund, Soundcloud, City of Gothenburg, Stena Line and the Karolinska Institute, Emancipator, in learning and applying the Genuine Contact approach to increase organizational success.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS TRAINING
The Genuine Contact Train the Trainer invites anyone who works to assist organizations to access their full power, such as facilitators, managers and (team) leaders as well as organizational development consultants.
To take part in this training you will need to complete modules 1to 4 of the advanced facilitation skills development workshops from the Genuine Contact program (Open Space Technology, Whole Person Process Facilitation, Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution and Genuine Contact Organization) as well as Foundational workshops 1 and 2 (Path to/Achieving Organizational Health and Balance).

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS TRAINING
This 5 day experiential training will deepen your knowledge and your skills to assist organizations and companies to access their genuine potential.
You will:
Increase your understanding of the potential of the Genuine Contact™program
Learn more about the art of designing holistic workshops and trainings, the Genuine Contact way
Deepen your skills to facilitate holistic processes that enabling to the potential of the people to engage
Access more of your own personal power when using Genuine Contact tools and methods
Expand your understanding of Genuine Contact as a key to growth and evolution
Expand your understanding of working with purpose, leadership, vision, community, management, and relationships within an organization
Gain hands on experience by facilitating a Genuine Contact Mentoring Circle
Upon completing the Train the Trainer you will be authorized to teach all modules of the Genuine Contact™ program. You will have access to the specific workbooks and resources accompanying each of the modules as well as designs for teaching the trainings. There is no license fee for giving the trainings. You will be invited to join the international network of Genuine Contact trainers who support each other.

Places are limited with a maximum capacity of 15 participants.

Prices: There are several price options depending on the type of organization you work for.
€ 2100,00 - Employed (corporate/public)
€ 1750,00 - Small business/small NGOs
Genuine Contact Organization (GCO)Membership Reduction: Orange, Green Blue and Purple Members of the GCO can receive a 10% discount on training price (this offer is not applicable to the student price)
Group rates: If you would like to come together with one or more colleagues from the same organization, you will each receive a 10% discount on the price of the training. More instructions on registration page.
You can choose to stay at the venue or to attend this workshop as a non-residential participant.
Language: The language of the workshop will be English however Dutch, Swedish and German and Spanish can also be used.
