Just like physical health requires consistent care and the right conditions, organizational vitality needs a thoughtful approach—one that fosters health and balance and a robust culture where people can thrive and rise to the individual and collective challenges that it faces.

About this Training

This training serves as your first step toward realizing your organization's full potential. We’ll equip you with essential questions and a practical framework to ignite meaningful discussions with your colleagues, setting the stage for a balanced, thriving workplace anchored in the blueprint for optimal health and balance.

During the training, you will:

  • Explore essential questions that will assist you to develop a perspective on how to approach change.

  • Develop an understanding of concrete benefits of having an organization that is functioning in a healthy way.

  • Become familiar with how worldviews influence organizations.

  • A practical framework for initiating meaningful conversations about this with your colleagues.

  • Become acquainted with the Genuine Contact™ approach how organizational health contributes to nourishing a culture of leadership within organizations, teams, and communities.

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Doris Gottlieb is an experienced Genuine Contact Trainer, dedicated to this approach. She has invested a great deal of energy in the development of the Genuine Contact Program and has worked closely with Birgitt and Ward Williams, founders of the Genuine Contact Program, for almost two decades.  

In her career as a consultant, she has assisted organizations such as World Wildlife Fund, The Municipality of Waddinxveen, Emergency Nutrition Network (ENN), Emancipator, Sounds of Change, and Rotterdam School of Management: Erasmus University, using the Genuine Contact approach to support them in achieving organizational excellence.

She will be joined by Maarten Jurriaanse as Co-facilitator and Organizer. Maarten is Co-Founder of the Future Skills Academy. He is an innovation consultant, trainer, and facilitator specialized in creative problem solving techniques and programs.

For the past three years he has been engaged in learning and using the Genuine Contact approach in his work with clients. He has decided to organize this training because of his belief in the has spent the last 3 years learning the Genuine Contact approach.

We cannot make refunds for any cancellation made less than two weeks prior to the start date of the training.
